Where do I begin?! Larque and her team saved my life when it came to wedding planning! We hired her after booking our venue and most of our vendors and I became overwhelmed with all of the details and logistics of the day! Larque went above and beyond for us - she made us feel so comfortable coming to her with any issue or thought. She was so down to earth and I could tell she had our backs in this crazy industry! Every time we got off of a call with her I turned to my fiancé and said “I don’t know what I’d do without her”! I would recommend her and her team to everyone in a heartbeat! She even created a lovely seating chart for us! On our wedding day, she put everything together, managed all the logistics, was down on her knees putting white chalk on my dress before the ceremony because i got it dirty during our first look… and her assistant Ryland made sure I was totally comfortable walking down the aisle! She even handled every bride's worst nightmare - a canceled makeup artist the night before our wedding and got me a new one before even calling me to tell me about the cancelled one (she was even better than my original one)! Hire her and her team immediately - we loved them!!

My husband and I hired Larque Hicks with Last Little Detail Events to coordinate our wedding that occurred on December 28th, 2024 at Celebrations at the Bay. We loved working with her because once you put a deposit down, she will start helping you plan, no matter how far away your event is! We had access to her far earlier than what many other coordinators offered in their packages.
Larque is easy to reach and wants her couples to be as stress free as possible. When we would meet via Zoom, her bubbly and energetic personality made me feel comfortable right away. She really is a delight to work with, and she brings a team of individuals with her day of to assist. She attended my rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

I got married to my best friend May 18 and when I say we had zero issues because of Larque and Ryland’s dedication and attention to detail, I truly mean it. I found Larque in the middle of my original decorator closing and not notifying me of her closure. Larque messaged me on Facebook to tell me that I was not the only bride going through this issue. She did not once promote herself during our conversation which showed her professionalism. She was never once pushy or overbearing.
With a decorator, I was looking for someone who would pitch ideas, execute my ideas, and understand the vision I was going for. Larque not only made suggestions but provided a detailed explanation for everything she was thinking. I was never wondering if she was working on my wedding.
